RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to be confident with every ASHAR CO. order. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order reference and the reason for your request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition with any original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains or damage not caused by ASHAR CO. may not be accepted. Please do not send an item back before contacting us. Our team will first confirm your request and provide the appropriate return or exchange instructions. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Delivery and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect or defective. Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected before the return, exchange or refund is approved. For order cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and may need to follow the return process.
